A request
It is necessary to replace the worn-out unreliable drive on the machine due to the frequent stoppages of the servo motors.
After inspecting the machine at the client’s place, it was founded that these servo drivers that are no longer produced, and a 1:1 replacement is not possible. There is no backup software or parameters for the servo drivers.
The solution
In agreement with the client, we ordered servo drivers and control cards from the new generation of the same manufacturer. Made backup software from old drivers and made conversion for new generation of servo drivers.
